Refund & Cancellation Policy

DIY Retreat Package

The full DIY Retreat Package booking can be either paid at once upon acceptance of your application.

A non-refundable deposit of EUR € 500 is to be paid alongside with the acceptance of your application. This deposit reserves your space up to three months before your retreat begin.

50% of the amount of your booking is due at three months prior to the start of your retreat

The balance is due latest one month prior to the start of your retreat.

We offer the choice between bank to bank wire transfers and Paypal. All transaction details will be provided upon admission. All transaction fees are at your own expenses and are not included in the package.

The EUR € 500 deposit is nonrefundable under any circumstance.

In case of cancellation up to three months prior to retreat start date, the DIY Retreat Package booking will be refunded - except for the non-refundable deposit.

In case of cancellation up to one month before course start date, 50% of the amount of your booking will not be refunded, or it can be transferred to a future booking within one year.

In case of cancellation less than one month before your booking start date or during your retreat, the booking cannot be refunded. Of course, for a participant, there is no refund for a partially used retreat package.

In the highly unlikely case of cancellation from the side of Prashanti, your full payment including deposit will, of course, be refunded.

Prashanti does not accept responsibility or liability for cancellations, delays, changes, or losses caused by acts of God, war, a threat of war, closure of airports, civil strife, natural disasters, accidents, or any other events beyond our control.

Rooms

We understand you may change your mind and we are not charging you any fees in case of annulation or modification up to two weeks prior your arrival. In case of late cancellation or modification, you will be charged the total price of your first night. Please keep in mind, we are a small hotel and a late cancellation is detrimental.

Our website offers are NOT refundable but we can accept a modification of dates depending on the availability.
